Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Check-in is available from 14:00 PM, and guests are kindly requested to arrive before 17:00 PM to allow sufficient time for the cleaning team to prepare the house.

A daily cleaning service is included, and the cleaner arrives at 09:00 AM.

An inventory list is provided on the counter; if no feedback is received by 09:00 AM the following morning, it will be assumed that all items are accounted for.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are requested to inform Joan of any damages or missing items before departure.

Basic cleaning products and a few essentials such as coffee and sugar are provided.

Toiletries and hand wash are available in each bathroom.

Wi-Fi: Network Liefie1402# (available during load shedding via inverter).

TV and Streaming: Guests may use their own Netflix account and are asked to log out before leaving.

Fireplace and Braai: Wood is available at Spar Savemor/ANTSH, and a steel brush is provided for cleaning.

Electric blankets are supplied during winter; guests should bring their own 2-point plugs.

An inverter supplies power to the TV and Wi-Fi during load shedding.
Three candles in glass holders are provided; these must not be removed or placed on wooden surfaces. A fire extinguisher is located next to the fridge and should remain in place at all times.

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the house.

No open fires are allowed outside the designated braai area.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 PM to 09:00 AM. A fine of R2000 applies for noise disturbances.

All doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property.

Rubbish should be tied securely and disposed of in the green bins at the entrance gate.

Furniture must not be moved.

Guests are encouraged to use only the towels, linen, and water necessary to conserve resources.
