Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R8000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A refundable breakage deposit is due at least 21 days before arrival and can be paid by credit card or EFT. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

This property is for family use only, and we reserve the right to cancel any non-compliant bookings.

Strictly non-smoking accommodation.

The property is in a residential area. Reasonable noise, like gardening or building work, is permitted between 07:00 and 18:00, and party noise until 22:00.

Use of the swimming pool is at the occupants' own risk.

A housekeeper is included in the rental and is contracted to work Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Additional service on weekends or public holidays can be arranged directly with the housekeeper at an extra cost to the guest.

The mobile Weber braai must be used off the deck. Guests are to provide their own wood and ensure no grease or wind-blown coals damage the deck or furniture.

Pets are welcome with prior arrangements only.
