Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

Basic cleaning and cooking supplies will be available, but please realise that we do not supply enough for long stays.

Occupancy at any time or for any reason is limited to agreed-upon amount on confirmation of booking.

Vehicles and boats must be parked in designated areas.

Locked cupboards are for personal items of owners.

Washing of boats and vehicles is prohibited during times with water restrictions - please confirm with us whether water restrictions are being enforced.

Please only clean fish in the designated area and clean up the area after use.

No smoking allowed.

No Refuge must be placed on pavements outside houses.

Refuse bags can be placed in the cage, on the right as you leave through estate gates.

Quiet time is 22:00 and 06:00. Please respect neighbours by keeping noise levels down within this time frame.

Pets must be walked on leashes at all times and never left on their own in the house.

Please remove dog poop around the house. It can be placed in refuse bags outside.

On check out, please make sure that the premises is generally tidy, with all dishes washed and rubbish in bags or bins.

Please close all doors and windows when checking out.

Please advise us of departure time, even if we do not need to collect a key, as we have to visit premises to close water, gas, etc.
