House Rules

No smoking Policy:
No smoking is allowed inside the house (this includes Vaping or Hubbly-Bubbly, etc.).

Check-in and Check-out Times:
• Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00
• Check-out: By 10:00
Late check-ins or check-outs may incur an additional fee if not arranged in advance. During peak season, check-out time is strictly enforced to allow for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

Occupancy Limits:
At any time, the number of guests in the property is limited to those agreed upon as per your reservation.

Pets:
No pets or other living creatures besides humans are allowed on the premises.

Furniture:
Do not rearrange or move any furniture outside.

Fire Guidelines:
Only light fires in the designated areas. Be aware that Betty's Bay is prone to wildfires. Never leave fires unattended, and avoid lighting fires during strong winds.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. We are in a residential area within a Biosphere, and any loud music or disturbances will be reported to authorities.

Security:
When leaving the house unattended, please ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked.

Waste Disposal:
To prevent blockages, do not dispose of food waste, cooking fats, hazardous liquids, wet wipes, diapers, or feminine hygiene products down the drains or toilets as the property uses a septic tank system.

Damages:
If you accidentally break or damage anything during your stay, please inform us immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred.
