Pentz View offers lovely self-catering holiday accommodation with a private entrance on the owner’s property which is located in the heart of Flamingo Vlei. This is a great option for guests wanting to visit the Mother City as this property has great views of the ocean and Table Mountain.

This flatlet can comfortably accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet. Quality linen, bath towels and soaps are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, air fryer, electric kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a Nespresso machine. A dishwasher and washer and dryer combo are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a central island with stools where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a Smart TV with DStv. For those wanting to get some work done, a desk and free Wi-Fi are available.

During load shedding, the WiFi and TV are connected through an inverter and will still function. There are also rechargeable lamps and a whistling kettle that guests can use during load shedding.

Outside, guests have their own private patio with braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property. The location of this property is just across the road from a lake and close to an Aquatic Club and Watersports and Sanccob Seabird Centre. It is also very central and close to major routes. There is a gym, petrol station and 2 shopping centres within 1 km of the property. The ocean and Kite Beach are less than 2 km from the property.
