Perlemoentjie is a beautiful self-catering holiday home nestled within the tranquil Britannia Reef Estate in St Helena Bay. This is the ideal spot for friends and family to enjoy a getaway on the West Coast, as this property is only 250 m from the beach.

This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds. A bath and shower are available in the second bathroom.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from this kitchen is a dining space with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. This space also has a built-in braai. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Through the stacking doors is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table where guests can unwind with a sundowner in the evening. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property.
