House Rules

Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM).

Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.

No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors.

Please leave the unit in a neat and tidy condition.

Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.

Housekeeping is available for extended stays upon request.

All units include fully equipped kitchens. Kindly clean all utensils and surfaces after use.

Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the premises.

The guest house is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

No pets are allowed, unless arranged and confirmed prior to arrival.

Use the bins provided for waste disposal. Recycling information is available in each unit.

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
