Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Parking is limited and must be booked in advance at an additional cost of R100 per day.
Smoking is not permitted indoors; however, guests may smoke on the balcony with the sliding doors closed. If a room smells of smoke, the cost of cleaning will be deducted from the breakage fee.

A breakage fee is payable upon check-in, preferably in cash. A full breakage deposit refund will be issued upon check-out if the room is returned in perfect condition. Daily cleaning services are available at R250 per day.

Self-catering units and suites are serviced every three days, including a linen change and bathroom service only. Meals can be arranged in advance at an additional cost.
