Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1650 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Additional guests are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 and will be strictly enforced.
Parties, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not allowed.
Any noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

A breakage/damage deposit of R1650 (of which R150 is an admin fee and R1500 is refundable) will be charged extra. This will be refunded within 7 working days from check out date, after an inspection was conducted. Please report any damages immediately.
A dirty kitchen and glassware in the bedrooms will be deducted from the deposit.
Permanent stained towels/ bedding or furniture will be charged for, if we need to replace the items.
Kindly dispose your used/half eaten food containers/ pots with cooked food by throwing it away- let's respect the cleaners.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
No pets are allowed on the property.
Always lock all doors and windows and close the blinds and curtains when leaving the property.
The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or the loss of personal items.
