Portico 801 is a modern and tastefully decorated apartment situated on the beach front in Table View. It offers uninterrupted sea views and is only a mere 50 meters from the beach. The apartment can accommodate 4 people comfortably. portico 801 is also within walking distance from the shops, deli's, vibrant restaurants and night clubs as well as kite-surfing rentals.

The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and doors that lead onto the patio with beautiful sea views. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, cutlery, crockery as well as a pantry equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge area is equipped with an flat screen high definition TV with video on demand and recording facilities. The open-plan dining area has seating available for 6 guests. Wi-Fi access is also included.
