Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Early check-in and late check-out are allowed only by prior arrangement.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Guests may smoke outside on the patio, using the ashtrays provided.
Parties and events are not allowed.
The apartment is for registered guests only. If additional persons are found staying, the owner reserves the right to evict all guests immediately, and no refund will be issued.
Guests are requested to respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00 and avoid loud music or disturbances.
Any damages should be reported immediately.
Pets are not allowed.
Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in the immediate eviction of all guests from the property, with no refunds issued.
