We kindly ask that you respect the privacy and tranquillity of other residents on the farm. As this is a peaceful lifestyle farm, we request that noise levels be kept to a minimum.

Although you have an inverter, it is only there to power the router and the TV. There are emergency LED lights and candles. There will be no electricity or hot water during that time. You can still use the gas stove for boiling water. In addition, the lack of electricity affects the water pressure too.

Indoor areas are designated as non-smoking zones. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, on the patio, or near the pool area.

The tap water is sourced from a fresh borehole and is not suitable for drinking. Complimentary bottled water is provided for your convenience until you can supplement.

We kindly ask that you use water sparingly, as the Western Cape is currently under severe water restrictions.

As baboons are indigenous to the area, we kindly request that you refrain from leaving food outside and ensure all windows and doors are securely closed when you are not present.

Additionally, occasionally, there may be issues with Wi-Fi, especially during escalated load-shedding periods, due to the reliance on the signal from the cell phone tower in this remote area. The area currently does not have a fibre infrastructure to ensure an efficient, consistent internet connection.
