South Africa is currently experiencing intermittent periods of load-shedding (unscheduled power outages), typically lasting 2.5 hours or longer. These outages are often announced with little to no warning. While most property owners have implemented measures to ensure guests’ comfort during such periods, guests are encouraged to download the ESP – The Loadshedding App to monitor schedules and plan accordingly. Neither the agency nor the property owner shall be held liable for refunds, discounts or compensation due to load-shedding or its impact, as this is governed by national electricity providers and beyond our control.

This apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and guests are required to respect strict noise regulations as enforced by the body corporate and local council.

While children are welcome, guests should be aware that certain features of the property, such as balconies, split-level terraces, or unfenced pools, may present safety concerns. Guests travelling with children do so at their own risk and are urged to supervise them at all times.

No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed.

No audible noise or music is permitted between 21:00 and 07:00 on weekdays, and between 22:00 and 07:00 on weekends.

No hooting or shouting is permitted in the street at any time.

Visitors must be made aware that parking is limited and must not park in front of another resident’s garage or driveway.

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance which includes cancellation cover, medical assistance, and cover for the theft or loss of personal belongings.

No group bookings consisting solely of solo travellers are permitted unless arranged in advance. Bachelor and bachelorette party groups are not accepted.
