Please do not make a fire on the patio. Be careful of open fires, as the wind picks up easily in the area.
The river is tidal, so using the dinghy is at one's own risk.
Please note, that this property has a boathouse, guests can enjoy the use of a 3.1 m rowing dinghy, which is stored in the boathouse.
Melane, a nearby neighbour, holds the keys to the boathouse.
