Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Enjoy uninterrupted electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. The property is equipped with a borehole and solar panels.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted.

Use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is limited to sunny conditions.

Pets are welcome. There is a courtyard with 2 dog kennels and large gardens for pets to roam. No pets are allowed on the furniture. Pets must always be on a leash when walking around the estate.

An additional fee, payable in cash and non-refundable, applies to the use of the Jacuzzi. For hygiene purposes, the Jacuzzi is drained, cleaned, sanitised, refilled, and reheated before each guest’s arrival.

The swimming pool and Jacuzzi facilities are available only between 09:00 and 19:00. Please arrange for Jacuzzi use at least 2 days in advance.

Please do not wipe off makeup, bodily fluids, or any products that may stain the linens, towels, or upholstery.

For hygiene and the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that intimate activities do not take place in the Jacuzzi or swimming pool.
