Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Ensure you have a valid car and driver’s license to enter the Estate.
Please note that access to the Estate will not be granted until your account is paid in full.
We require FICA documentation to grant access to the Estate, including:
Proof of residence
Copy of ID
Bank-stamped bank details for the refundable breakage deposit.
Pre-register using the facial recognition link sent via email before arrival to avoid delays during check-in.
Guests should bring their own beach towels, dishcloths, and dishwashing tablets if their villa has a dishwasher.
A starter pack is provided upon arrival but will not be replenished; this includes soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid.
Please note, cash is not accepted on the Estate.
Kindly note that a fee will be deducted from your breakage deposit at an additional cost if you depart after 10:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in villas. A fine will be levied at an additional cost for any violations.
Exceeding the villa's maximum capacity may result in eviction and penalty fees at an additional cost.
Please lock all doors and windows before leaving your villa to prevent monkey access.
Guests are required to check the villa inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately.
All furniture, equipment, and appliances must be left in their original condition, accounting for reasonable wear and tear.
Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the breakage deposit at an additional cost and replaced at the guest's expense. If the damage exceeds the breakage deposit, guests must cover the difference within 30 days after departure.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to damage or disturbance.
Pets are not allowed on the Estate.
Refunds may be considered for unforeseen emergencies with appropriate proof submitted to VR management.
Towels are changed every second day and linen every fifth day. Standard Villas do not receive daily services, only a linen and towel change every fifth day.
Daily service is provided between 08:00 and 14:00, except on Sundays. No daily services are offered on Sundays.
