The unit has 2 bathrooms, with the first bathroom fitted with a bath and the second bathroom fitted with a shower. Certain units only have a bath with a shower over the bath in the second bathroom, along with a separate toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The apartment also features air-conditioning throughout. Each apartment includes a patio with a private charcoal braai and views of either the main road, playground, or parking area. Block D units have a view of the estuary. Block A, C, and D units have ground-floor entrances with internal stairs, while Block B units include an additional set of external stairs leading to the entrance on the first floor.
