It fitted and served the purpose for which we required the overnight stay. We were late for check-in, but we were assured that someone would wait for us to arrive and indeed we found a gentleman who received us late at night. We needed a few hours of sleep and did not fully experience the hospitality of the premises, but judging by how full it was, it appears to be popular.

Dit was bevredigend. Die televisie het nie gewerk nie en die een vertrek se lig was buite werking op die eerste aand. Die plek het potensiaal, maar daar is ruimte vir verbetering.

Worst overnight stay in years! 1st of all, you walk to the front door and have directions to use the back door. Once you find your way to the front door through the back, you end up right at the reception door, which instructed you to use the back door. The room we got was dodgy at best, seemed like a backpackers room, at the end of a corridor. At least the room was clean. The TV remote was missing. The Aircon remote was missing. The Aircon didn't work properly; it cut out during the night and entered a reset procedure, whereby it made beeping and resetting tones for hours non-stop. The room's lights stopped working during the night, but other plugs still worked. When trying to use the restaurant facilities, it was said the restaurant is not operational.

Gerieflik. Dit is ideaal vir oornagverblyf. Dit is 'n baie oulike plek, maar kort aandag. Waterpype (storte) het vreeslik geraas. Krag op ons vloer het afgegaan toe ketels en haardroër gelyktydig in gebruik was. Ontbyt was heerlik en die diens was baie goed.

Needed a place to sleep; however, I will not use the place again. The host was not welcoming, and I experienced zero hospitality from her.

Dear Mr T Matshediso. Thank you for your review! Mr Matshediso, if you can have a look at your booking, you requested a budget double room. That means it has a double bed in it and in fact, I gave you a much nicer room. After I left your room, you went and called my boss to say that the TV is not working, so he called me and I showed you how the remote works. As we were leaving your room, you told us that you were not happy because you actually needed a bedroom with two single beds (twin room). With no hesitation, I gladly moved you to a twin room. I really do hope you come and visit us again soon; we are always here to help and assist with any request from a guest. Sanloo greetings.
