A beautiful asset is deteriorating without maintenance. Slept comfortably for two nights and had a beautiful view of Pioniersdam from the restaurant's deck. Very enjoyable. We love Mopani Camp. It's beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. Loved it. Staff and service at Reception excellent. It's clean and well maintained. The baboons are a big problem. Makes an outside kitchen ineffective. We couldn't store any food there. Had to fight them off during the late afternoon braai. We were fortunately just 2 people but found it a bit crowded because of the food that had to be stored inside. Have to mention Evalen, a cleaner who has excellent people skills. The noise at the swimming pool was a bit annoying in the late afternoons. Will request a rondawel further away next time.
