A comfortable and restful stay. The place was clean and comfortable, but had an overpowering mould smell, which resulted in us waking with headaches.

I see that you did let us know about the mould, and we provided moisture absorbers, which you mentioned made a big difference — we’re glad they helped and truly appreciate your feedback. If the smell had become unbearable, we always encourage our guests to have an open conversation with us. We would have gladly done our best to find an alternative solution to ensure your comfort.
