House Rules

Pets are not allowed.
Functions or parties are not allowed.
Visitors only by prior arrangement and at the discretion of the owners.
Rates quoted consider 2 guests per bedroom and only these bedrooms are made available, unless requested differently. Bedrooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom. Special requests for 4 or less guests requiring a 2nd bathroom will be costed accordingly. Guests have exclusive use of all other facilities in the apartment.
Kindly consider that we are in a residential area and guests must please respect our neighbours.
Quiet times are Sundays to Thursdays between 22:00 and 08:00 and Fridays & Saturdays between 23:00 and 08:00.
