No parties or loud music, or noise are allowed, as the property is located in a very quiet complex.
No additional guests or visitors are permitted on the property, other than those stated in the booking.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction at any time, without a refund.
Drones are not permitted on the property.
