House Rules

Brenton on Sea is a quiet neighbourhood. Noise that will disturb the residents is not allowed, especially not in the evening from 10 pm to 09 am the next morning.

A solar power system is available to prevent power outages, as well as a backup water tank (filtered water) that is integrated with the water supply system to prevent water interruptions and low water pressure. The backup system can provide water for 2 to 4 weeks, depending on usage. Additional filtered (drinking) water is also provided.

Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited.

We strongly recommend that if the above rules do not suit you, you will find more suitable accommodation that will meet your needs.
