Sea Valley Villa is a self-catering guest accommodation located 600 m from the beach and 1.5 km from restaurants and shops. The villa is set on a garden level with a 1222-square-metre garden bordered by 2 green belts, providing a peaceful environment surrounded by birds and vegetation. It overlooks the valley and neighbouring suburb, with the sounds of the nearby sea.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can be booked separately or as a whole, subject to availability. Bedrooms Blue Horizon and Spring Fresh are each furnished with a double bed. Golden Sunrise is furnished with a queen-size bed and can accommodate an additional single bed on request and at an extra fee. Sunny Supreme is furnished with a double bed.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area include comfortable seating, a TV, a 6-seater dining table, a hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. The sunny entrance lounge overlooks the courtyard garden.

Guests have access to a garden area with seating and braai facilities. Secure parking is available inside the property behind a remote-controlled gate.
