House Rules

The owner resides on the property, but the apartment is separate.
This is not shared space and we have a thorough sanitizing, ventilating and cleaning routine. We allow 24 hours between stays.
Twin beds may be requested for stays of 2 nights or more.
Discounted rates may be applied for longer stays.
2 gigs of complimentary Wi-Fi per day.
