Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The owner and managing agent accept no liability for any damages, loss, or injury. All rights of admission are reserved.
A breakage deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure, provided all is in order.
No parties or events are allowed.
No loud noise after 22:00.
Only booked guests are allowed; no unregistered visitors without prior approval.
Disorderly conduct or misuse of the property may result in immediate eviction.
Non-compliance with house rules may result in fines deducted from the breakage deposit.
Mid-stay cleaning is available at an extra cost—quotes available on request.
Please bring your own swimming/beach towels, firewood, and cleaning detergents.
Toilet paper and refuse bags are provided for the first night only.
