Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Strict noise policy; repeat offenders will be asked to leave.
Guests must provide ID, a second reference number, and proof of residence.
No open fires allowed.
Pool use is permitted when the house is unoccupied.
Please be considerate of neighbours and dispose of trash in closed bins.
Keep doors and windows locked to prevent monkey intrusion and for safety.
Leave everything as you found it.
No outside visitors or parties; violators face a fine donated to charity.
If unsure about anything, feel free to ask for assistance.
The house has a Salon space inside which is exclusive to guests for specific bookings for Bridal showers and weddings.
2 family dogs Stays on the premises, your pets won't be allowed.
They are friendly when you're part of the family but will bark at gate and keep unwanted visitors out, people love this about this home away from home.
