Pets are not allowed.
Don’t feed the monkeys.
Please use washing liquid and not washing powder for the washing machine.
Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses.
If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
