House Rules

Check-in is from 14:00, and early arrivals can be arranged depending on availability and may incur an additional fee. Check-out is before 10:00, and late departures are subject to prior arrangement, availability, and a possible charge. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults, and regrettably, no infants are permitted. Only direct bookings are accepted — third-party reservations will not be honoured. Visitors are not allowed, and only registered guests may stay overnight.

Before arrival, guests may be asked to provide identification or a passport. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the premises, and no pets are allowed on the property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

Guests are kindly requested to keep the property neat. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Please respect the privacy and tranquillity of other guests on the premises. Swimming is available by prior request and may be subject to an additional charge; however, drinking while swimming is strictly prohibited.

Arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late check-in fee per hour. White towels may not be used for swimming or the beach — specialised towels are available for hire. Children are not permitted to swim without adult supervision, and a fine will be charged if this rule is violated.
