Description

Seven is a cosy apartment with a private entrance, located on the owner's property in Secunda. Ideally suited for leisure or business travellers, this comfortable apartment is set in a quiet residential area and provides a relaxing base close to local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and amenities.

The apartment can accommodate 2 guests and features an open-plan sleeping area and an en-suite bathroom. The sleeping area is comfortably furnished with a double bed, while the bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The unit is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests can unwind in the sitting area, and for entertainment, a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside, guests can relax in a private garden and make use of secure garage parking. Access can also be arranged in advance to an indoor heated swimming pool and a nearby greenbelt, perfect for leisurely walks. The greenbelt links various parts of Secunda, including charming coffee shops.
