Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

All outstanding fees must be paid in full before the unit may be occupied.
Parties and exceeding the maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time. No music is permitted between 22:00 and 09:00 daily.
No extra guests or visitors are allowed.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking inside the flat is not permitted.


The tenant is responsible for all actions of individuals in their group. All guests agree to comply with the rules and regulations set by the property owner, managing agent, and body corporate.


Tenants are requested to leave the unit clean upon departure. Daily cleaning services are available at an additional fee, except on Sundays and public holidays. For clean linen or cleaning services, please contact the managing agent.

The owner, managing agent, or body corporate cannot be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by factors beyond their control.

Payment of the deposit and/or occupation of the unit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

An admin fee is charged on each booking.

A refundable breakage deposit of R500.00 is charged per booking. This will be refunded within 10 days after departure, provided the guest supplies their bank account details to the managing agent.
