The cleaning fee includes the inspection of the flat after the guest has vacated, cleaning of the flat after check-out, washing and ironing of linen after check-out.

This is a self-catering flat and no services whatsoever are provided.

Only bookings made by the guests who will occupy the flat will be accepted.
Agents making the booking on behalf of guests will not be accepted.
Bookings made under a fictitious name will not be honoured.
No extra persons are allowed, the flat sleeps 4 persons only.
Babies are also regarded as persons.
Overnight visitors of the guests are not permitted.
One vehicle and one trailer per booking are allowed in the complex.
Visitors of resident-paying holidaymakers may not use complex facilities such as parking, swimming pool and braais.

No smoking is allowed in the flat.

No pets are allowed in the flat.

Bedding is provided.
Please provide your own bath and swimming towels.

Written conditions of stay are applicable.
