Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In accordance with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm a booking, guest verification is mandatory.
Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of identification or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival times. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details in a timely manner may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy permitting a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, reimbursement may be requested.
