Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No parties or large gatherings are allowed.

No loud music and noise are permitted between 22:00pm - 10:00am on weekends (Friday – Saturday) and between 19:30pm and 10:00am on weekdays. Please keep the noise level down and respect the neighbours as the home is in a residential area.
