House Rules

Please note that no students will be accommodated.

The property offers housekeeping, which is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 08:00 - 13:00 at an additional fee. If guests prefer no housekeeping, they can arrange with the host.

Please be aware that this accommodation uses a septic tank system, so only toilet paper is to be flushed in the toilets, and no fat is to be put down the drains in the kitchen.

The pool is for use by all residents, so please be mindful of noise and language, and please, no glass (drinking glasses) at the pool.

Guests must be mindful of the fact that they are in a residential estate, so normal rules around noise apply. Especially no noise after 22h00 and no parties are allowed on the premises.
