Sit-en-kyk is a beautiful, fully furnished house vacation house in Voëlklip, Hermanus and offers quality accommodation in this family favourite holiday town. The house is located approximately an hour's drive from Cape town and is located on a quiet street with easy access to hiking and mountain bike trails into the mountains. The house is about 6 km from the central town of Hermanus, where guests can enjoy the numerous shopping centres, restaurants and activities.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 separate guest toilets. The main bedroom and second bedroom each have a king-size bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have queen-size beds. The fifth bedroom has 5 single beds. The main, second and third bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and bath. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a toilet, shower, bath and basin.

The entrance to the house is on the first floor, which holds the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge area and the front and back patios. The lounge has comfortable couches and a TV with a DStv connection. The DStv is available only at an additional cost. The main bedroom, also located on the top floor, has an en-suite bathroom and is ideal if one of the guests cannot climb stairs.

On the front patio, guests have a 180-degree view of Walker Bay, and there is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles on the property.

The house uses solar power and is not affected by load-shedding.
