House Rules

A refundable breakage deposit is required and will be refunded to the guest’s bank account after a successful inventory inspection.

No smoking is allowed indoors.

No pets are permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.

Guests are responsible for their laundry on the clothesline and any items left outside.

Please rinse off sea sand at the outdoor tap before entering the unit, as sand can clog the drains.

Guests are responsible for the flat and its contents during their stay. Any loss or damage must be repaired or replaced.

Load shedding and municipal water interruptions are beyond the host’s control.
