The house was great! Thank you Smooth Sailing, everything was 'smooth' from check-in, the house and the cosy pool. The house was clean and tidy. Linen was clean as well.

Other than the TVs and the wasted one day payment, all else was fine. Our stay was fine, except for a couple of concerns, which I list just so that they can be attentive for future visitors: (a) we were informed that the TVs in the 3 bedrooms were equipped with DStv; upon our arrival, none of the TVs in the bedrooms worked! They spent the entire following day trying to fix them, which took a day out of our holiday, and paying over per day was a significant waste of money. Needless to say, only the main bedroom TV and living room TV worked for the remainder of our holiday; none of the other two bedrooms.

Smooth Sailing

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues with the bedroom TVs and understand your disappointment. Our team tried to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, and we regret that it took up time during your stay. That said, we must also address the condition in which the house was left. There were chips scattered throughout the rooms, paint on the balcony table and chairs, and permanent marker on the walls, tables, leather seating, and bedding. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unnecessarily reset, which disrupted the connection during your stay.
