Lovely and peaceful. We really enjoyed the tranquility, the animal sounds, the fire and the hanging out around. It was lovely and it's so close to Pretoria and basically highway the whole way. It was wonderful. It's a bit boring for teenagers though. There's a lot to do for small children, but not much for teenagers. And there was no WiFi at the unit. But otherwise it was wonderful.

Our family had a wonderful time and rest at 5 star Sondela! Peace of mind in clean, safe, very well equipped accommodation. The reserve is hospitable (arrival pancakes were very welcoming), very good clean facilities, friendly staff and lots to see, do and experience in a beautiful nature reserve.
