Vacation Rental – Conduct Rules
Welcome to your stay! To ensure everyone enjoys a safe and peaceful environment, please take
note of the following rules:
• No pets allowed.
• Do not leave refuse or litter on common property.
• All rubble must be removed and placed in allocated bins on ground floor level.
• Park only in your allocated bay or designated visitor bays.
• No parking on common property without written trustee consent (except in emergencies).
• Do not damage, mark, or alter any structures.
• Washing lines, laundry, or personal items must not be visible from outside the unit or common
areas.
• No signs, advertisements, or notices may be displayed.
• No open flames allowed.
• No storage of flammable substances, except fuel in vehicles or small domestic gas/BBQ
cylinders.
• Ensure outdoor barbecue gas connections are closed after use.
• Keep noise levels low at all times. No loud music, parties, or disturbances.
• Respect your neighbours’ right to peace and quiet.
• Visitors are your responsibility—ensure they comply with all rules.
• Maximum number of staying guests is 6.
• Small children are not to be left unattended on the balcony or in the pool.
• Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to use the elevator without adult supervision.
• Keep the unit clean and free from pests.
• Allow access to trustees or managing agents if pest treatment is required.
Important: These rules apply to all occupiers and visitors, regardless of lease or rental
arrangements. Non-compliance may result in fines or eviction.
