House Rules

No parties are allowed on the premises.
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Guests are expected to leave the property tidy upon check-out and ensure the braai is cleaned after use.
Small pets (under 7kg) are welcome by arrangement, but guests should please note that the property is not fully fenced.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
Guests are requested not to wash pet items in the washing machine.
Guests are required to clean up after their pets to avoid additional cleaning charges.
Pets may not be left unsupervised inside the house.
Guests are requested not to tamper with the Wi-Fi router or outdoor security cameras. Any issues should be reported via message.
Guests should please avoid driving or parking on the grass, as water tanks are located beneath.
A double carport is available for guest use for parking.

Due to road upgrades, access to Paradise Beach is temporary via a dirt road of 11km from the R102 until November 2025.
