House Rules

Guests are welcomed to a peaceful and simple cottage intended for rest and memorable experiences. The following house rules are in place to help ensure a comfortable stay for all visitors.

Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 06:30 to maintain a calm atmosphere.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not allowed in or around the cottage. There is no designated smoking area on the property.

Pets are not permitted, as a resident Husky already lives on the premises.

Parties and events are not allowed. The cottage is intended for quiet, private use.

The cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 guests by prior arrangement. A three-quarter bed is available at an additional cost, and a camp cot can be provided on request.

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

Guests are asked to help keep the cottage clean. Additional cleaning services are available upon request at an extra charge.

The property is monitored by security cameras, beams, and armed response. Guests must ensure the front door is locked when leaving and that the gate is properly closed.

Parking is provided in designated spaces along the road.

Guests may use all available facilities, but are expected to treat them with care. Any damages or losses will be charged to the guest.

Privacy is respected for all visitors on the property. Each unit has its own entrance and private areas.

Rubbish must be disposed of in the designated bins.
