House Rules

Smoking is only permitted outside.
Guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels down from 23:00 onwards to respect the neighbors and the peaceful surroundings.
Parking is available under the deck; however, the driveway is steep. Guests who are uncomfortable driving down the driveway may use the paved area on the street for parking.
No pets are allowed.
The property accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children only (12 & younger only). Please make arrangements with the owner for the children.
Guests must provide the correct number of people when making the booking. Any changes should be communicated in advance. Extra or unauthorized guests will incur additional charges.
No matrics or student groups.
Please note the property reserves the right of admission . By not complying with any of our policies - will result in being asked to vacate the property immediately.
