No unruly parties are allowed.
No other guests are permitted without the knowledge of the host.
All doors and windows are to be closed and locked when units are not occupied and the air-conditioner switched off.

Please note, that Parys is presently facing huge challenges with additional rotational load shedding and non-drinkable water, when available. This property on the other hand is connected directly to Eskom, affected by only national load shedding, and have their own supply of sparkling clean drinkable water 24/7.
