Please treat the apartment as you would your own home. No rearranging furniture or adding decor
A R2000 damage deposit will be requested on arrival and refunded should there be no damages.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. You are welcome to smoke on the patio or designated outdoor areas.

No Parties or Events
This is a quiet residential area. Please, no parties, loud music, or extra visitors unless arranged in advance.

No Narcotics or Illegal Substances:
For the safety and comfort of all guests, no illegal drugs or narcotics are permitted on the property.
No Marijuana (Cannabis): Our property is strictly a no-marijuana zone, both indoors and outdoors.
No Illegal Downloads: Please do not use the Wi-Fi for illegal downloads, streaming, or any activities that could violate copyright laws or affect our network security.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. If you’d like to invite someone over, just check with us first. No third party bookings allowed.

Quiet Hours
9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbours and other guests on the property, during these hours.

No Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.

Please leave the space as you found it. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience during your stay.
