No Parties or Events
This is a quiet residential area. Please, no parties, loud music, or extra visitors unless arranged in advance.

No Narcotics or Illegal Substances:
For the safety and comfort of all guests, no illegal drugs or narcotics are permitted on the property.
No Marijuana (Cannabis): Our property is strictly a no-marijuana zone, both indoors and outdoors.
No Illegal Downloads: Please do not use the Wi-Fi for illegal downloads, streaming, or any activities that could violate copyright laws or affect our network security.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. If you’d like to invite someone over, just check with us first. No third party bookings.

Quiet Hours
9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbours and other guests on the property, during these hours.

No Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
