Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R250 is payable directly to the property.

Smoking is prohibited.

No loud parties with visitors are allowed.

No overnight visitors are permitted.

Music and noise must be turned off by 22:00 to respect the neighbors.

The cleaning fee applies for stays of 1 to 7 days and is included in the original amount. For longer stays, there is an additional fee of R150 per week, which includes a new set of linens and towels.

The self-catering unit includes 1 set of linen and bath towels per 5 days of stay.

Cleaning service is available on request at a fee and must be arranged in advance.
