Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Rowdy or disruptive behaviour is not allowed.
Loud noise, including music, is not allowed after 22:00 PM.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 daily.
Any approved work can only be done Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM.
No work is allowed on weekends.
Work must not disturb neighbours.
Park only in your designated garage.
Do not park in driveways or block areas.
Caravans, boats, trucks, or trailers are not allowed.
No mechanical repairs on site.
Always ensure gates are closed and locked.
Strict gate control is important due to past incidents.

Do not hang washing over balconies or in visible areas.
Use wash lines behind balconies or in designated areas.
Do not leave refuse outside units.
Use the refuse area behind the swimming pool.
Only gas braais are allowed on balconies.
No wood or coal fires on balconies.
Communal braai facilities are by the pool.
Insurance claims will not be covered for damage from illegal braais.

Pets are allowed only with written consent from the Body Corporate.
Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
Negligent pet ownership can result in losing pet privileges.

Residents are responsible for their domestic workers' conduct.
Staff must follow the rules, laws, and by-laws.
Residents must ensure visitors leave quietly.
Visitors may use the pool only if accompanied by a resident.
Residents are responsible for their guests’ behaviour.
Do not remove or tamper with the pool cleaner.
Follow all pool rules.

If rules are not followed, the Body Corporate can take action and charge the owner.
Tenants must also follow all rules.
Maximum occupancy: 2 people per bedroom.
No business or trade is allowed without written consent.
No fireworks or combustible materials are allowed.
Offenders may face municipal fines.
Do not place items on balconies or in visible windows that are considered unsightly.
Do not store anything that may raise insurance premiums.
Owners/tenants are liable for any damage caused by breaking the rules.
Use ashtrays for cigarette butts; do not throw them over balcony railings.

Cancellation Policy
