Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Guests are required to provide their contact information, full names, and copies of their identity documents to create personal access at the main security gate. This information must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to check-in (Monday to Friday). The host will contact guests via mobile to make the necessary arrangements.
This is a self-catering apartment and is not cleaned or serviced daily.
A once-off exit cleaning fee is charged for all bookings.
For long-term bookings of 5 nights or more, a linen change and cleaning service can be arranged at an additional charge.
Linen and bath towels are provided – swimming towels are not provided.
