Redwoods Guest Farm

Description

Sunrise Cottage is a separate unit on our 4-hectare small holding at Redwoods Guest Farm. It consists of 1 master bedroom with either one king size bed or two twin beds, a shower/toilet en-suite, a kitchenette with fridge-freezer combo and a 4-plate gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all cutlery and crockery as well. It has an open plan dining/lounge area with a SMART TV and free WiFi. We offer guests the opportunity to harvest their own fresh herbs and vegetables from our gardens, where organic growing principles are in operation. We also offer guests the opportunity to learn how to bake their own bread, make their own pesto or sauces from fresh ingredients harvested from our garden! We strive towards a holistic gardening concept where permaculture and organic principles are followed as closely as possible.

Description

A master Suite that contains a queen-size bed, a dressing table, built-in cupboards, a 3-seater sofa set and a Smart TV with WiFi facilities. It has its own spacious bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower with picturesque windows looking out over the garden. The kitchenette offers guests a two-plate gas cooker, under-counter fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave as well as all crockery and cutlery. It has a separate dining room, with a 4-seater dining table, and the room also has a pull-out sleeper couch to accommodate a 3rd guest. An outdoor table and chair set are provided as well as braai facilities. The unit is supplied with tea, coffee (for a French Press), fresh milk, sugar, as well as homemade bread, homemade granola and fresh eggs, as well as a selection of seasonal fresh fruit from our farm. Pre-prepared meals can be ordered on or before arrival. The surrounding vegetable gardens are communal, and guests are welcome to harvest their own fruit and vegetables (of seasonal items). Whether you're sipping morning coffee with a view or enjoying a braai under the stars, this unit is designed to make your stay unforgettable.
